Higginbotham Brothers expanding to Liberty Hill, Texas

Higginbotham Brothers & Company has announced its expansion south to Liberty Hill, Texas.  

Located approximately 30 miles northwest of Austin, in the Texas Hill Country, Liberty Hill will soon to home of the newest HBC location. In a press release, HBC said, “what was once a ranching community is now expanding and developing upscale neighborhoods, many new business openings, and has become known for an excellent school district. HBC is excited to be a part of this growing area and will be opening a full-service Lumberyard and Hardware Store in the Fall of this year.”  

This location continues the expansion of Higginbotham Brothers Lumberyard & Hardware stores throughout the state of Texas and Oklahoma. Most recently, the company acquired a pair of Oklahoma stores

The company dates back to 1881 when Higginbotham Brothers opened its first General Mercantile Store.
