Marcus Lumber introduces new team members
Six new team members recently joined Marcus Lumber.

Marcus Lumber, of Marcus, Iowa, has announced on its website the addition of six team members to its growing company.

• Paul Davenport joins the sales team with a focus in flooring sales and kitchen and bath products. Davenport has worked in the industry for many years, with experience in flooring installation and construction product sales.

Taylor Hanson most recently lived in Ames, Iowa and comes to Marcus Lumber after working close to a decade in the construction field. Hanson is in project sales and estimating, and he also designs and draws floor plans through the Softplan drawing software.

Michael Dorr joins the company as customer service team member. Dorr had previously worked for over two decades in a commercial construction and aggregate sales company in Des Moines.

Reese Hageman and Gus Coll both join Marcus Lumber’s yard crew, helping customers with their deliveries and pick up orders.

The most recent Marcus Lumber team member addition is Noah Livermore, from Le Mars, Iowa. Livermore graduated from South Dakota State University with an associate’s degree in construction management and will be joining the sales team.

“We’re excited to add each one of these men to our already great team. With our growth and their help we can continue to service our customers to the high level they have come to expect from us,” said Bob Leavitt, president of Marcus Lumber.

A member of the LBM Century Club, Marcus Lumber was founded in 1920.
