McCoy’s Building Supply has named two new store managers at Texas locations. Will Fritzlan will manage the Pasadena, Texas store and Doc Sikes is manager of the Orange, Texas facility.
Fritzlan has been with McCoy’s for two years. He started out unloading freight trucks at McCoy’s Bryan, Texas, store before becoming the yard foreman at McCoy’s Montgomery, Texas, location. After a year with the company, Fritzlan enrolled in McCoy’s Management Development Program eventually serving as assistant manager at several locations before his promotion to Manager.
When asked about his favorite part of working at McCoy’s, Fritzlan shared, “The company culture. The positive attitude of the employees at the stores is the same no matter where you go and everyone strives to provide exceptional customer service.” McCoy’s prides itself on great service, quality products and a knowledgeable customer-focused staff and Fritzlan is confident that under his leadership the Pasadena team will be able to deliver on those promises and more.
Sikes joined McCoy’s two years ago working as part of the yard crew before moving into a sales associate role. He eventually enrolled in the company’s Management Development Program and served as assistant manager at McCoy’s Richwood and Dayton, Texas, stores before his promotion to manager.
